Putting the word out there

So Colorado does a great job of representing everyone's different heritages and cultures. There are always parades, rally's, and news coverage of the celebrations of the different people in Denver. Denver is a very diverse place and has many different cultures that inhabit the city, and it's always fun to see the people of different cultures going to an event to celebrate a culture different than their own.

So being an Irish American, of course I always look forward to the St. Patrick's Day parade, but it is only for one day and sometimes can get a little troublesome to get downtown and find parking. So if that's not your deal than I highly recommend going to the Colorado Irish Festival this year down at Clement Park. I think it's a little easier to get too than going downtown, but I always go to both, so who am I to talk?

There is a lot of great local talent and artists who represent Colorado's Irish heritage. They have clothing, music. food, and a lot of other cool stuff too. Either way, if you are Irish, just enjoy our culture, enjoy the beer, or want something to do that weekend - I think the Irish American community of Denver does a great job with this festival.
Here's the link if you're interested - http://www.coloradoirishfestival.com It will be one great weekend, July 11th,12th, and 13th

Ill leave you with my favorite Irish saying.

"Good times, good friends, good health to you……and the luck of the Irish in all that you do"
